members and non-members of Westlake can take advantage of renting

Members
Members
can rent the clubhouse for $150, with a $50 refundable deposit.
The pool can be rented before and after hours for $150, with
no deposit required.

Non-Members
Non-members can rent the clubhouse for
$300 with a refundable deposit of $75.
The pool can be rented before and after hours for $200, with no deposit required.
